I have been working as a health practitioner
in complementary therapy for 5 years.

I have trained in Massage and Indian Head massage with the
Hastings Holistic Health Clinic and became a member of the
British Register of Complementary Practitioners.

I went on to train with the Association of Reflexologists'
accredited school, Sole Purpose, in Tunbridge Wells;
and have since trained for the Certificate in Competance
in Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer.

I have subsequently trained in Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Face Massage,
Thai hand and foot massage, Chinese Foot Massage, Reiki level 1
and Spiritual Response Therapy.

I started making natural skincare products for my clients about 2 years ago, and as they have been so popular I have decided to start a small business online. I am only starting with a few products but hope to expand later.
